Your details,
plainly.

The short version: we ask for what we need to tell you when your city drops, and to make the right number of tees in the right sizes. We don't sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing. You can have it deleted with one email.

What we collect

Only what you type into the sign-up form, plus two things the form adds itself:

  • Your email address. Required.
  • Your WhatsApp number, if you add one.
  • Your city, and, if you fill them in, the neighbourhood you'd like us to add and your usual tee size.
  • The tees you marked "Want this", with the colourway you were viewing.
  • Added by the form: which page you signed up on, and the time.

Nobody has to sign up to browse the site.

Why

  • To tell you when drop 001, or your city's drop, opens, before it goes public.
  • To size production runs: how many of which tee, in which colour and size, for which city.
  • To decide which neighbourhoods we print next.

Only with the consent you give by ticking the box on the form, and only for these purposes. We message rarely: drop announcements and the occasional look behind a shoot. Every email has a one-tap unsubscribe, and on WhatsApp you can reply STOP.

Where it's kept

Sign-ups go into a Google Sheet in APSHABD's own Google account, which means Google stores them for us as our data processor. Only the APSHABD team can open it. Until the sheet is connected, the form opens your own email app instead, and your details reach us as an ordinary email to our inbox.

We keep your details until you ask us to delete them, or until APSHABD stops running drops, whichever comes first.

We don't sell your details, rent them out, or share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Your browser

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or ad trackers. It stores three small things in your own browser's local storage. They never leave your device:

  • When you last saw the opening film, so it doesn't replay every visit.
  • The tees you marked "Want this", so your picks survive a refresh.
  • That you've already joined, so we don't ask you twice.

Clearing your browser's site data removes all three. The site loads some script fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google sees your IP address when those fonts load.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can at any time:

  • ask what we hold about you, and get a copy;
  • ask us to correct or complete it;
  • withdraw your consent and have your details deleted;
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights for you; and
  • raise a grievance with us, and if we don't resolve it, with the Data Protection Board of India.

Email us from the address you signed up with, and we'll act on it within 30 days at the latest.

Contact & grievances

If this policy changes in a way that affects how your details are used, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
